This project includes the redevelopment of the central square and the construction of an underground parking facility in the city of Lipjan, creating a modern, multifunctional, and green public space for citizens. With a contemporary design and a creative approach to urban surfaces, the park offers sports courts, children’s playgrounds, elevated green walkways, and social areas for relaxation and public events. The spaces are harmoniously integrated with natural and urban elements, resulting in a vibrant, functional, and inclusive environment for people of all ages.
